First of all I want to say thank Shelly!! My appointment was at 12 p.m but because of my misunderstanding I was late. Even though I was late she waited more than a hour for me. Shelly, was extremely pleasant and I was informed of every step that was being done. She was even concerned about my safety because is was my first time going to Newark on a train.
